United Piping Inc. Project Gallery
This is the largest project that UPI has been involved in since its inception. This project involved a 1,600-foot long pipe rack with multiple levels with ultimate design capacity for 27 – 36-inch diameter pipelines. Also included numerous manifold expansions, approximately 30,000 feet of 36-inch diameter piping, 6,000 feet of 48-inch diameter piping, numerous booster pump installations, and other major facilities.
Another example of UPI being the preferred contractor for challenging projects. This project involved an integrity dig within a scenic watercourse in upper Michigan. Work was performed in sub-zero conditions (-20 degrees Fahrenheit) and involved installing aqua barriers to reroute the water flow around the excavation area.
To date, we have completed over 2000 integrity digs and other change-outs. From farm land, to swamps and rivers, we have the skills and equipment to do any challenging integrity project. Even in the most difficult conditions or locations, our focus on Safety & Environmental stewardship, Quality workmanship, and on-time completion is what guides us to successful project conclusions.
