Certifications
In July of 2000, United Piping, Inc. (UPI) became a fully-certified UA fabrication shop with the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) certification for "U" vessels, "R" repairs and "PP" piping. This means that ASME and the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors (NBBI) recognizes and certifies our work as follows:
- "PP" - Authorized to fabricate and assemble power piping.
- "R" - Authorized to perform repairs and alterations.
- "U" - Authorized to manufacture and assemble pressure vessels.
UPI is certified by ASME and NBBI
